This sugarcane syrup/concentrate is a purified solution of nutritive saccharides, obtained by hydrolysis.
The product is composed of 3 carbohydrates: Sucrose, Glucose and Fructose.
The neutral version does not have the characteristic sugarcane flavor/aroma.
